1. Who We Are
IZZYMEIMSAAB is operated by Izzy, a designer and maker based in the UK. Our store is built on Shopify. Any purchase you make is made directly with IZZYMEIMSAAB — not with Shopify. Shopify is our technical platform and is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase or experience with us.
By using our shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Our Products
We make every effort to show our products accurately, including colours, dimensions and design details. However, colours may appear differently on different screens and devices, and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted and being processed, we may not be able to cancel or change it. If you need to make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@izzymeimsaab.com and we will do our best to help.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices do not include customs duties, taxes or import charges, which may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
● The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
● You are authorised to use the payment method provided
● Your payment will be honoured by your card provider or bank
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Digital Downloads
SVG files are delivered automatically to your email address after purchase. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds unless the file is faulty or unusable.
Digital files are for your personal use and for small commercial use (up to 500 items per year). You may not:
● Share, resell or redistribute the digital files themselves
● Upload our designs to print-on-demand platforms such as Printful, Printify or Redbubble
● Use our designs for mass commercial production without an extended commercial licence
Extended commercial licences are available separately. Please contact us if you need one.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Physical orders are dispatched from the UK. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy [link to Shipping Policy] for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, artwork, text, images, videos and content on this website are owned by IZZYMEIMSAAB or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright law.
When you purchase a stencil or SVG file from us, you are purchasing a licence to use that design — not ownership of the design itself. The design remains our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or use our designs, images or content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by the licence included with your purchase.
IZZYMEIMSAAB, our logo, design names and brand identity are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
8. Reviews and Feedback
We love hearing from our customers. If you leave a review or send us feedback, you give us permission to use it on our website and in our marketing — for example, as a testimonial. We will never use your full name or personal details without your permission.
Please keep reviews honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains false information, offensive language, or content that violates these terms.
